About the Artist
Calling the beautiful landscapes of Eastern Pennsylvania her home, Denise A. Bennett has been painting since a very young age. Now as a full-time artist, Denise has the job of a lifetime traveling to many scenic areas to participate in 25 plus juried shows a year. This provides lots of time to become inspired and to do a little a little Plein air painting, while still spending quality time with her greatest accomplishments, her 3 children.
Never tying herself to one technique, she is best known for her vibrant colors and unique bold skies. "Art for me is about expression and the freedom to explore new colors and techniques without the concern for the norm. I tackle every piece of my art by what feels right."
Denise's paintings have become a part of many private collections. They can be viewed at galleries, cafes', and other business throughout Maryland and Pennsylvania.
"Painting allows me to feel a serenity I can find no where else. I walk into my studios and find immediate peace."
